However, large gatherings of cars may be considered a public nuisance, and driving dangerously, driving without due care (or careless and inconsiderate driving, as it is now known), disturbing the peace and antisocial behaviour are all illegal. If you are seen to be doing any of these and a police officer "feels that your car is being driven in a manner that is likely to cause alarm, distress or annoyance to members of the public", your vehicle will be impounded, though you should be given a warning first.
